2010 Summer Lacrosse Camp was a great success and everyone had a great time.  Looking forward to seeing everyone at next year's camp!



THE CAMP: 

We are keeping the cost low to encourage as many of our town players as possible to attend.  Lou Van Bergen and I both want summer lacrosse camp available to everyone in town at a low cost.   Out-of-town players are also welcome.   We won't offer the frills and "free" giveaways you get at more expensive camps, but you will get high quality and dedicated instruction.

This camp will be designed with a skills/drills portion and then a game/competition portion.  Emphasis will be made on executing basic skills smoothly and with proper form.  We will work on shooting, passing, catching, ground balls, cradling, hand switching, stick protection, defensive concepts, dodging, goalie play, and lacrosse functional agility.  We will also be sure to make it fun.
